A very thorough and tough very timely account of the tremendous lack of federal government medical care for elderly patients and those who cannot afford Insurance plans that would cover Medical private care. Because these people either cannot work harder than they already do, or do not make enough money thru their jobs ! It is taking place now and the situation had taken place for many years.... Through both poor teaching skills and lack of ability and desire to allow new students the freedom and ability to learn from the Best in medicine !
