The nation city by Emanuel, Rahm,

Very well written documentary and memoir by the former Mayor, Rahm Emanuel. In his book, the author remembers and lovingly and with pride tells the story (and history) of his own family coming to the US during first "wave" of Russian Jews from Soviet Union to escape pogroms and later, the Total obliteration during the WWII... The book is very interesting, informative and "alive". I highly recommend it to anyone.... The only miss I found, was the absence of any photography of either his family or the city's... then in 70s and now, in the XXI Century.
