Felicie or Not Felicie.

A not so interesting or a mysterious account. The case of of the simple murder in order to obtain the loot,,, Not deserved by any meaning. Inheritance, sharing in the theft or other. Just simple act of greed and easy enrichment... The girl by name of Felicie has nothing to do with the act of murder here. Unfortunately, the translation is lacking the depth and clarity of expression. Many sentences are somewhat unfinished, and the reader is left wanting more... I do not recommend this book.

Maigret Travels, and with Purpose !

A good story, where Maigret starts with no concrete plans nor clear understanding of crime...but rather follows his instincts and applies his physically exhausting methods of traveling to see the million of strange and suspicious places that might be "It" In order to solve the crime(s) and to make sense of the inner happenings. Great account in logical thinking to enjoy !

Maigret defends himself.

A long ago Legal Defense account-and still so very much alive, true and, unfortunately, unbeatable ! It's a made up mysterious crime story that could very well happen in real life... Well written and worth reading...today, in the 21st Century.
