The fight For his life in power...

When you begin reading this book, the quote by author that follows, strucks you down right away and you immediately understand what you are about to see in this narrative: is the total one-sided political Opinion by one man, not a historian and not an accurate observer, but opinionated, biased writer, like many others. This quote describes the beginning of Biden administration as having to "start all over after inheriting a Disastrous state of total chaos after President Trump's four years in the White House". Historians by their professional and personal nature, should be at least somewhat color-blind, if you will. And show us Factual Evidence rather than giving their own personal opinion in matters concerning such important substance as running the government apparatus, and just add some more factual details known to author, and stay clear from offering his/her own opinions or interpretations of events. Otherwise, it becomes a fiction and not factual narrative, as this writer tries to present to us here. I chose not to read the book after just his firs quotation, as it obviously began to be a work of fiction and not a truthful rendition of events.

Dudgeon, Piers

The biography of Barbara Taylor Bradford by Mr. Piers.

The book has nothing to do with Novels by Barbara T. Bradford. It's a somewhat biography about her. Not even her own autobiography, unfortunately. I do not recommend it. Except, perhaps, of some photographs of the family of Barbara and her various environments.

Sam the cooking guy.

There are some very good and not too complicated recipes with passionate description and great advice along the way... One note, though: If you looking up his recipes on-line, they're NOT the same as in the book-they're worse than the originals here. Enjoy !

Steel, Danielle

In a heartbeat.

A great novel ! Easy to understand and sympathize with heroine and her close sudden friend...in time when she needs someone close to her most. A story of a beautiful but unhappy young woman and the "ugly" husband.... And the wonderful man living just a block away from her who becomes her savior and best friend in the time of need. Highly recommend this novel to all young and not so young women !

The Men and Women of Honor.

The author-Barbara Taylor Bradford (one of my very favorite ones) described it as a SAGA. It is not. The novel tells stories of a few families: rich and titled and poor, but hard-working and ambitious. Among the latter are Blackie-from the very tender young age and that of Ms. Harte. Both dreaming to become rich and have their own shops and good money to afford great living for future families with children and spouses. Written quite well. The book is just dismembered, to my view.
