Not helpful, at all. Just a pretty angry account of how Americans misrepresent naming and describing authentic Mexican foods, complaining and making fun of the rest of the America that genuinely love and crave their foods and dishes made with them. No Recipes, No photos of dishes included in this very old book' narrative !
A very thorough and tough very timely account of the tremendous lack of federal government medical care for elderly patients and those who cannot afford Insurance plans that would cover Medical private care. Because these people either cannot work harder than they already do, or do not make enough money thru their jobs ! It is taking place now and the situation had taken place for many years.... Through both poor teaching skills and lack of ability and desire to allow new students the freedom and ability to learn from the Best in medicine ! Be it sending these young and not too young students to other countries in Europe and other to learn the right way and to be held accountable to Always " Honor and do not do harm" in caring for sick.... In both "general" medicine and in healing mentally ill patients, equally well.
It is for Postmenopausal women, exclusively ! Not for elderly women !

Who would've guessed, that a Justice such as Neil Gorsuch, would diminish his status and self-respect with such malfunctionional and lacking the purpose opus ! His discontent with general public is obvious and one wonders about what purpose this publication served : monetary gain to author(s) or ideological message ? As both seem the only virtues of the presented material, so old and well-understood by general public/ especially-the American citizens, and legal immigrants from many countries, especially-Europe and Soviet Union (not the current Russia). That the USA is the experiment is the fact. I guess, Justice Gorsuch had forgotten about that, and uses the condescending and patronizing tone of language that makes his book unrealistic and not-needed, at all. I do not recommend this publication to anyone of sound mind !
